My aim was to humanize the brand through a character who felt warm, expressive, and empathetic. I envisioned an evolution of Iberdrola’s face modernized to fit today’s identity system, but still unmistakably her. Green remained a central element symbolizing intelligence and fluidity in a digital-first world.

The deliverables included creating the visual identity and UI kit for all future conversational interfaces at Iberdrola, as well as designing the chatbot flow for converting users into electricity plan customers.
